URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT: Delayed Plans for the 54th Annual Meeting

Plans for the 54th Annual Meeting on June 24th have been held up by DPAA’s professed inability to share the location until the contract with the selected, unannounced hotel had been signed by authorized US legal officials. The selected location was finally made known late last week, but DPAA’s inability or unwillingness to share the location impeded the League from submitting a contract proposal to the DoubleTree Hotel in Crystal City. The location will be posted on the League website and social media as soon as a final contract can be arranged.

We deeply regret this unavoidable delay! Hopefully, all who plan to attend the DPAA-hosted Vietnam War Annual Government Briefings (AGB) on June 25th will plan to arrive one day earlier. Doing so will enable you to attend the League’s critical 54th Annual Meeting. Never has a strong voice from our POW/MIA families of those missing from the Vietnam War been more important than NOW!
